Intuit refers to itself as a 33 year old start-up that has managed to stay relevant and innovative. But with recent, rapid market and technology changes, such as end-user contributions, mobile experiences, big data and cloud platforms, the company has been challenged to re-invent itself. Intuit’s CEO, Brad Smith, looked to design as a mindset and a method to help innovate and delight customers in a mobile-first, mobile-only world. In this talk, Klaus will describe the process through which Intuit has become one of the most admired design-driven technology companies in the world.
